Justina Guerra, born in 1974 in Luxembourg, is a woman guided by the courage to begin again. After years devoted to caring for others — from technical drafting to working with the elderly and training in nursing — she found in the most defining moments, such as the birth of her daughters, the strength to transform her own life.
A few years ago, she decided to leave Luxembourg and rebuild her path in Armação de Pêra. From that change, a new dream was born: six years ago, she created her own agency dedicated to property sales and local accommodation, where she channels her determination, sensitivity, and desire to help people find their place in the world.
Justina’s story is a journey of love, courage, and reinvention — living proof that it is never too late to begin a life that truly inspires.

Anthony Sanches was born in Luxembourg, where he completed a diploma in Administration and began his professional journey in business management. In 2017, he completed a course as a Draftsman in metalwork, which allowed him to take on technical tasks such as on-site measurements, creating sketches in AutoCAD, and supporting the company’s administration.
In 2018, he moved to the Algarve in search of new challenges. In 2019, with the creation of Empire Algarve, he became part of the project from the beginning. Over the years, he has gained solid experience in local accommodation management and real estate consulting, becoming a more complete and well-prepared professional. Today, he brings together the skills and confidence needed to turn every new challenge into a success.
Born in Luxembourg, Stéphane lived there until the age of 26. He completed all his schooling there and obtained his secondary school diploma in Economic and Social Sciences from the Lycée Hubert Clément in Esch-sur-Alzette. Driven by a passion for supporting others, he continued his studies in Belgium, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Specialized Education with a focus on psycho-educational support, preparing him for the profession of specialized educator.
In 2019, Stéphane chose to settle in the Algarve, a region for which he developed a genuine fondness. That same year, he joined the Empire Algarve project from its very beginning. Motivated by the desire to help, advise, and guide, he naturally gravitated toward the real estate sector. Since 2019, he has been working as a real estate agent, putting his experience, availability, and deep knowledge of the region at the service of those wishing to make their life project in the Algarve a reality.

Noa Caçoete was born in Luxembourg, where she lived for 13 years. She later moved to the Algarve, integrating into the Portuguese school system and completing her entire academic path in Portugal.
Driven by her interest in human behavior and emotional development, she pursued higher education at ISPA – University Institute of Psychological, Social and Life Sciences in Lisbon, where she completed both her Bachelor’s and Master’s in Psychology.
In 2025, she decided to broaden her professional horizons and began a specialized training program in insurance mediation, a field to which she now intends to dedicate her future. Today, Noa combines her strong foundation in Psychology with this new professional direction, preparing to build a career marked by rigor, responsibility, and a focus on people’s well-being and security.
